Domestic and foreign buyers are looking for apartments in Zagreb

May house prices, according to Crozilla.com, were 0.3 percent higher than a month earlier.
At the very top, in terms of housing prices, the same cities remained: Dubrovnik, Opatija and Split, and their prices continued to increase during May.
The highest monthly price growth was recorded in, already the most expensive, Dubrovnik. Data from Crozilla.com showed that average asking prices for apartments there rose by 5 percent to 3,937 euros per square meter.
In Opatija, an average of 2950 euros were requested for a “square” of an apartment, which represents a monthly increase of 0.2 percent.
The average asking price of apartments in Split during May increased by 0.1 percent and amounted to 2,285 euros per square meter.
In Zadar, housing prices increased by 0.9 percent, so, according to Crozilla.com, the average asking price of a “square” in that city was 1871 euros. Šibenik recorded a monthly increase in prices of 0.6 percent, and for one square meter, on average, 1523 euros were requested.
In Senj during May, 1,212 euros were requested for one square meter, which is 1 percent lower than the month before. A 0.3 percent drop in prices was recorded in Pula — where an average of 1,342 euros were requested for a “square” of an apartment, and in Umag, where the average price per square meter was 1980 euros.

According to Crozilla.com, in Slavonski Brod, the average asking prices of apartments fell by 2.2 percent, and for one square meter, on average, 864 euros were requested. Slightly lower prices than a month earlier, during May were recorded in Osijek where they fell by 0.2 percent, and for one square meter on average 953 euros were requested.
The increase in housing prices during June was also recorded in some cities in the interior. In May, prices in Sisak increased by 1 percent, and the average asking price of a “square” apartment was 741 euros. The increase in advertised prices of apartments of 0.9 percent during May was recorded in Bjelovar - where the price per square meter was 791 euros, and Varaždin, where for a square meter of apartment, on average, 1102 euros were requested.
