Real estate has intensified in recent months more than in the last couple of years. He certainly contributed to this and halted fall in real estate prices which have stabilized over the past six months. The price stability factor is crucial when deciding to buy now or wait. If a buyer looking for and viewing real estate, sometimes for months or even years, notices that prices are falling month by month, he has no incentive to make a purchase decision. But when prices are stable for months, that same buyer concludes that there is nothing to wait for.
