WHAT IS AN ACTIVE SEAL?

An active seal is entered in the land registers as a sign that a certain legal procedure related to the apartment is underway. This may include:

  • registration of property rights
  • mortgage registration
  • division procedure
  • enforcement or other litigation
  • Connecting the KPU and General Ledger

A seal does not mean that the apartment is unsold, but it clearly warns the buyer that something is happening with the apartment, and that he needs to take additional actions to check what it is about.
