Selling a larger apartment, buying a smaller one and bothering you what to do first? Is it better to sell an apartment and start looking for another or immediately look for a smaller apartment and only when you find it to advertise the sale of a larger one? What if you sold the apartment and did not find a smaller one that suits you? You have to move out and hand over the apartment to the buyer, and you have nowhere to go... Or you went the other way around, you found a suitable small apartment, and you cannot buy it because you have not yet sold the existing one. In addition, the chances are high that the desired apartment will be sold until you find a suitable buyer.
In practice, such doubts of the parties are encountered on a daily basis. So the situations from American series and films where a real estate agent organizes an “open day” in a property he sells and which is evicted, with sandwiches and cakes necessarily included, where potential buyers visit and tour the property all day and if they decide, sign a contract, pay the property and cook in it the next day — you can forget about the Croatian real estate market!
