Intermediary commissions for the brokerage performed during the purchase, exchange, lease and rental of real estate.
Purchase and sale
The commission is charged as a percentage of the total amount of the purchase price achieved.

Sales
| Commission for brokerage when selling real estate (charged from the seller) | 1.5% - 3% |
Purchasing
| Commission for brokerage when buying real estate (charged from the buyer) | 1.5% - 3% |
The commission is charged from the buyer if it is contracted or the intermediary has received from the buyer a written or oral order to demand the property.
Substitution
| When replacing real estate, a commission is charged to each party in exchange, and a percentage is calculated from the value of the property acquired by the party through the exchange. | 3% |

1 month rent/rent
2 monthly rents/rents if the Contract is concluded for a period of more than 5 years
The principal acquires the right to use the intermediary service by signing the Mediation Agreement.
VAT is not included in the price.
