Dear Ones, we have a blog!!
Today, and in order to better inform, inform and share various content related to real estate, we have launched a BLOG! Here you can expect a variety of interesting content related to the supply and demand of real estate, price movements in the real estate market, information about new legal provisions and taxes on real estate, but also any other content and stories from the everyday life of a real estate broker.
To begin with, let's introduce ourselves..
Back in 1998, two relatively young girls Diana and Bernard decided (more out of madness and courage, and less out of experience and knowledge) to go into entrepreneurial waters. As we “lived” real estate and followed everything that happens with them and around them the decision fell on the REAL ESTATE AGENCY! With no initial capital, but with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, and back in 1998, EURO-INTERIJERI was born. The years went by with a lot of ups and downs, a lot of successes and failures but all this built us up and gave us the impetus to move on.
Today.. 20 years after (how good that sounds!!) and an awful lot of games in the legs we can immodestly declare WE HAVE SUCCEEDED!!! We survived beginner mistakes, we survived all the challenges of private entrepreneurship, we survived without days of lockdown (and that sounds good!!), learned everything there is to know in this business, and most importantly we have not lost our energy and enthusiasm.. and we still “live” real estate! Today we are a team of five of us (permanent long-term line-up) Diana, Bernarda, Domagoj, Ljiljana (Ljilja) and Valentin (Tin) and we are still at the same address A.T.Mimare 3A — Malešnica, because it is IMPORTANT that the client has a place to return to us, we still have the same phone numbers because we want to be in contact with the client from 1998 the same as with this from 2018 and the MOST IMPORTANT because every new day is a challenge and fun full of competitive spirit..
WHO WILL BE THE FIRST TO SELL THE PROPERTY THAT DAY!
