Data from Crozilla.com showed that average asking house prices were 0.4 percent lower in January than a month earlier.
Most cities saw lower house prices, while only a handful of seaside cities, with the exception of Zagreb, saw their increase, according to the statement.
According to data from Crozilla.com, the lowest price during January was recorded in Sisak, where on average only 470 euros were requested per square meter, while the highest prices were recorded in Dubrovnik, where on average 3711 euros were requested.
The biggest monthly decline was recorded in Vukovar, where house prices fell by 2.3 percent to 507 euros per square meter.
