Concept

The location in the zone of the future home of the pensioner has a significant influence on the adopted

the concept of interweaving the introverted public space of the home and the worldview of the inhabitants with their

residential units and extroverted balconies.

The relatively simple shape that follows the plot plan closes the atrium which is also the center of the gathering

future tenants of the retirement home.

Kolni, service access is located on the north side, driveway entrance to the garage on the southeast side,

pedestrian main entrance is located on the south side of the building and is divided into two separate entrances one

for a polyclinic and others for a pensioner's home.

The visual and communicative connection of the internal space and the external on the plot is realized.

The whole building is conceptually simple and the dynamics are achieved

the outstretched balconies and the sheds which, by their turn and

white paint on the inside contribute to a dynamic look.

The organization is clear and the contents do not intertwine.
