It is our duty, and this is what our business ethics dictate, to nurture each client and with the increased attention, which high-value jobs deserve, to approach the property.

So, dear sellers, in addition to all the criteria already mentioned that you must pay attention to when choosing your real estate agent such as legality, expertise, experience, references, it is essential to ask him to present you a sales strategy. It is important to hear how he or she “sees” your property. Why does he think he or she is the right person who will be able to represent you in the right way.
Only in such an exhibition can you feel the “chemistry” and only then can you assess whether this real estate agent has the capacity to “bring out” your property through the entire purchase and sale process.
